We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if your item arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or is not what you ordered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it with your order number and photos of the problem.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, such as the wrong size, color, or design, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order is shipped, but once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to make changes.
